Proposed State Street Urban Renewal District Eligibility

On Monday, June 3, the Boise City Council reviewed the Proposed State Street Urban Renewal District Eligibility Report. The Eligibility Report establishes the basis for subsequent work and, if adopted by City Council, authorizes CCDC and the City to advance to next steps, will include an economic feasibility study and the drafting of an urban renewal plan. The next step of this plan will be seeking public feedback starting later this month. Here is a link to the plan: Proposed State Street Urban Renewal District – Eligibility Report. We encourage our residents to learn about this study and participate in the comment opportunities when they are announced. We will update our website and newsletters as more information becomes available.
