Celebrate the bounty of the late summer garden by touring beautiful, bountiful gardens in the Collister Neighborhood.
EVENT INFORMATION
🌸 Check-In
- Early Check-In: Saturday, Sept. 20, 4–6 pm at Edwards Greenhouse (Edwards St. side). Highly recommended to avoid lines and to choose a different starting point than Edwards.
- Day-of Check-In: Sunday, Sept. 21, 9:30 am–1 pm, also at Edwards.
- Three lines by last name: A–F, G–M, N–Z.
- Your program = your ticket. It allows one entry per person, per garden, with a volunteer garden greeter stamping as you go.
🚗 Parking
- Parking at Edwards will be limited. After check-in, we suggest driving to a garden and using the Boise Trolley to visit others.
- Plenty of street parking: N. 39th, N. Tamarack Dr., and 36th Street Garden Plaza (home of Pocket Paradises).
☕ Food & Drinks
- Morning pick-me-up: Three Fates Coffee Truck + pastries from Gaston’s Bakery.
- Lunch & dinner: Bite Me Food Trailer + She’s Smokin’ BBQ.
- Treats: Prospect Popcorn + Sunset Softserve.
- Water: Refill stations at each garden. Please bring your own water bottle (no cups provided).
🚻 Bathrooms
- Porta potty near check-in + 2 restrooms inside Edwards.
- Additional porta potty at Secret Garden Sanctuary.
🚌 Molly the Trolley
- Loops continuously, stopping at each garden.
- Edwards stop: N. Hawthorne Way, through the south fence of the property.
🗓 Planning Your Day
- Start at a garden other than Edwards to avoid crowds.
- Time visits around live music or expert talks (see Events Schedule).
- Gardens close at 4 pm, but . . .
