Comment Period for By-Laws IS OPEN!

Background: The Collister Neighborhood Board began the neighborhood bylaw update in the Winter of 2019. The revised bylaws were discussed in the February 2020 CNA quarterly meeting.  We did not have sufficient time at the meeting to review and approve the revised bylaws so they were not updated at that time.

Fast forward to Fall/Winter 2021: The CNA board would like to finalize the updated bylaws. Please note the revised bylaws are nearly identical to the version we sent out for your review in the Winter 2019/2020.  We greatly appreciate your review and input.

You can participate in one of two ways:

1. Comment on the actual Document: If you are signed up for the CNA Listserv, you will receive an email from Secretary@Collister.org inviting you to comment directly on the document.  You will also be able to see other comments posted.
2. Submit Comment via email: View the draft bylaws on the Collister Neighborhood Association website and email your comments directly to president@collister.org
3. Deadline for Submittal: Comments are due Sunday, November 28.  We realize that this comment period is open over a holiday but we are hopeful that many of you had read the initial document and are able to provide feedback.
4. VOTE: We will hold a vote to update the bylaws at the annual meeting.
